MALVERN, Pa. - Oct. 29, 2015 - PRLog -- David Consulting Group (www.davidconsultinggroup.com), a global provider of software analytics, software quality management and Agile development solutions, will attend TechWell’s Better Software and Agile Dev East conferences (https://www.techwell.com/software-conferences), presenting in both tracks.

The Better Software conference and the Agile Dev conference run simultaneously, in conjunction with the DevOps conference, allowing attendees to choose from a variety of presentations to create a schedule that best suits their needs.

“The software industry is constantly evolving and the issues plaguing organizations and the methodologies being used to tackle them vary greatly – what works for one organization may not work for another,” said Michael Harris, CEO of David Consulting Group. “In such a climate, it’s necessary to evaluate your options. We’re major proponents of both the Agile methodology and the Value Visualization Framework as tools for improvement. We look forward to sharing our experiences with attendees and providing them with valuable information to foster a path to success.”

The Better Software conference aims to keep attendees up-to-date on the entire development lifecycle, including leading projects and teams, business analysis and requirements, cloud computing, going mobile, software quality, design and code, development tools, and testing. The Agile Dev conference provides the latest in Agile methods, technologies, tools, and leadership principles.

Mike will present at 2:45pm on November 11. His presentation, "Visualization to Improve Value Delivery," is part of the “Project & Teams” track of the Better Software conference. He will discuss how to optimize the flow of economic value and bring economic value metrics into tactical decision making in the software development process.

Tom Cagley, Vice President of Consulting, will present at 10:00am on November 12 as part of the “Agile Techniques” track of the Agile Dev conference. His presentation, "Managing Risk in Agile Development: It Isn’t Magic," will discuss how to effectively use Agile to manage risk, focusing on the creation of user stories that specifically address risk.

David Consulting Group representatives, including Mike and Tom, will also be available in the conference EXPO hall at booth #8, where they will share information on all of DCG’s solutions and services and answer any questions.

The conference will run from November 8-13 at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista.
