Auto Enthusiast from Roscoe, Illinois, Wins 2015 Garage Dream Giveaway®!

GRAVETTE, Ark. - Oct. 23, 2015 - PRLog -- The 2015 Garage Dream Giveaway, a nationwide drawing sponsored by New Beginning Children’s Homes, ended on September 29, 2015. Maurice Scorsolini, from Roscoe, Illinois, was the grand-prize winner.

Mr. Scorsolini will be awarded The General—a custom-built, supercharged 600 horsepower Ford F-150 4x4 SVT Raptor SuperCab, a 2015 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Classic motorcycle, a custom-built Ironhorse WideBody Flip Top motorcycle trailer, a Carlyle Master Mechanic tool set, and Racedeck flooring, plus $30,000 cash for taxes!

Mr. Scorsolini was automatically entered into the 2015 Garage Dream Giveaway on March 10, 2015, when he purchased a brand new set of four General Tires for his 2005 Suzuki Forenza, “Having a giveaway like this is a great way to help charities,” he said. “I am glad my purchase helped so many great causes.”

On Wednesday, October 7, 2015, he received news via telephone that he had won the 2015 Garage Dream Giveaway. “I didn’t believe it at first,” he said. “After a few days it started to sink in and I was still in shock. This is one of things that doesn’t happen to most people during their lifetime. I have two boys in college who I plan on sharing this with.”

Mr. Scorsolini has been a commercial refrigeration-service mechanic for the past 30 years. In his free time he enjoys participating in autocross events with his Porsche 911 sports car.

The winner had this to say to the people who still don’t believe this is for real, “I was skepticial at first, but this is for real! Someone has to win so take a chance!”

The 2015 Garage Dream Giveaway award ceremony is October 24-25, 2015, at the Lake Elsinore Motorsports Park during the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series. Mr. Scorsolini is attending the award ceremony with his wife.

New Beginning Children’s Homes (NBCH) is a 501(c) 3 provider of family-style long-term residential care with a mission to provide foster children a safe and faith-centered family atmosphere where they can heal, grow, and be loved while working through difficult life issues.

In addition to the funding they received, NBCH provided grants to several worthwhile charities, including Disabled American Veterans, National Guard Educational Foundation, Greater St. Louis Honor Flight, National Association of Christian Churches, Smile Network International, Mothers Against Drunk Driving, and Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries.
