Samsung Electronics European Print Operations Earns Respected Technology Industry Credential
CompTIA Managed Print Services Trustmark signifies commitment to industry best practices, high level of customer service
By: Samsung Electronics SA
The Trustmark was developed by CompTIA, the non-profit association for the information technology industry, in collaboration with industry experts and leaders, to identify businesses that have made a commitment to the highest levels of integrity and sustained quality service. The Trustmark is designed specifically for technology businesses offering on-premises printing via a managed services business model.
“Samsung is proud to have been recognised by CompTIA for its ongoing work in the Managed Print Service (MPS) market. We believe that through our award winning printing technology and advanced Print+ MPS programme we can support our partners in creating real value for their clients,” says Mike van Lier, Director of the Enterprise Business Division (EBD) at Samsung Electronics SA.
In order to earn the CompTIA Managed Print Trustmark, Samsung’s European Print Division was evaluated on the internal practices and procedures they use to run their business and the external activities and operations around engagement with customers and prospects. “Earning this credential identifies Samsung as a business that meets or exceeds the best business practices the IT industry has to offer,” says Nancy Hammervik, Senior Vice President of the Industry Relations at CompTIA.
Designed to integrate with existing and future IT environments, Samsung printing solutions enable the new mobile connected workplace bringing efficiencies to printing and document workflows through advanced machine to machine (M2M) capability enabled with its Smart UX Android platform. The result is a transformation of printing services executed by more powerful devices, open service functionality and the ability to print to or from anywhere.
“As a worldwide leader in semiconductor, telecommunications and digital convergence technologies, we offer a depth and breadth of industry-leading expertise that can provide customers with more intelligently managed printing solutions,” concludes van Lier.
