LightBox: The light switch re-invented

NAPA, Calif. - Oct. 22, 2015 - PRLog -- The LightBox is kinetic, wireless light switch machined from a solid wood block that controls many lights in a room just by picking it up and turning it on its end. It’s effortless and fun to use, beautifully tactile in a way only a material like wood can be and does away with the annoying task of switching on many lamps in a room individually.

It is particularly useful for anyone who:

  - Needs to switch on many lamps at once.

  - Has lamps with switches that are hard to reach.

  - Has difficulty using regular switches on lamps for any reason.

Setup of the LightBox is a snap with no complicated steps like connecting to WiFi needed - just plug the supplied receivers into the wall outlets and it is ready to go.

The LightBox was invented by Fearghal ODea of Napa, California. It has been in development for over a year in which time countless prototypes have been built and tested before arriving at this final design constructed from a solid chunk of beautiful hardwood.

Now that the design is perfected - Fearghal is looking to the Kickstarter community to raise $65,000 to begin producing the LightBox in larger quantities.
