In addition, forecasters are saying the chances of El Nino sticking around through the spring are well into the 95% range. The most recent climate-outlook charts estimate that California's winter this year will be about 50-60% cooler than normal. Nomadness Corp. is a believer, and they are even teaming with their subsidiary Mammoth Rental by Owner to release an exclusive El Nino discount. This 25% off discount, entitled El Nino's Let it Snow, is being offered through December 17 and has no minimum stay and no blackout dates. Along with this discount, Mammoth Rental by Owner and Nomadness Corp. are working on release a few other specials this season to celebrate the long awaited El Nino phenomenon. Cabins, townhomes, and condos of all sizes are participating in these discounts and the vacation rental company is already seeing a 40% higher occupancy than last year. As a result, Nomadness Corp. is urging renters to book before it's too late. Mammoth Lakes is already seeing the destined effects of El Nino and the mountain is set to open on Nov. 11.
