Matthew Szlachetka Makes a Name For Himself Even If It's Hard To Pronounce

Oct. 20, 2015 - PRLog -- Los Angeles, CA – Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist Matthew Szlachetka (pronounced Sla-Het-Ka) has hit the ground running with his new Come Home For December single, video and tour.  The former front man for the group The Northstar Session has experienced major spikes in all of his social media sites upon release of the single and airplay it has received on SiriusXM’s The Pulse.

Coming off this summer’s successful Bose Troubadour Tour, Szlachetka continues to tour vigorously throughout the US in support of his highly acclaimed debut solo album, Waits For A Storm To Find. Szlachetka commented “I can't wait to finish off my year for this month long tour that will have me playing Nashville, New England, New York, Pennsylvania and the Mid West!  I had some of my best shows in these areas this year and it's only fitting to end 2015 by coming back to play for those audiences again!”  On November 14^th he’ll be performing at a special Bose sponsored show at The Mall of America in Bloomington.

From the initial release date, critics have been clamoring over the LA based artist’s songwriting and guitar playing.  Relix Magazine called it “a great listen,” while Premier Guitar Magazine said “His songwriting is that rare kind that rises above the cliche but remains accessible for the ordinary listener.
