Financial Services Executive Raul Garcia Appointed to Miami Finance Forum Board of Directors

MIAMI - Oct. 20, 2015 - PRLog -- The Miami Finance Forum, South Florida’s premier professional development and networking organization for the financial services industry, announced that accountant and financial services executive Raul A. Garcia has been appointed as a member of its Board of Directors.

Garcia is a principal in the financial services practice at Kaufman Rossin, CPAs and Advisors, where he leads audit and tax engagements for clients predominantly in the investment industry including hedge funds, private equity funds, registered investment advisors, and broker-deals.

Garcia is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Active in the community, Garcia is President of the Parks Foundation of Miami-Dade County, and a past Chair and a current advisory council member of the Arts & Business Council of Miami.
