The commission is a self-governing fraud upon the court when constitutional rights are violated especially for political reasons and other agenda as in bribery. ( I will uphold our constitution )

It appears to the world especially with in our European partnership for so called leadership by the United  States it certainly looks like kids in a candy store on the polecat front as well as dysfunctional in the regulatory scheme concerning holding accountable government leaders and representative accountable for fraud and violations of the fundamental rights of the American people.

In addition to which I am one who’s constitutional rights have been violated and my name smeared around the disgraceful internet of Google results making me out to be a criminal, when in fact the world needs to know the truth . I was charged unconstitutionally with out a day in court to detour me from running as an independent president candidate for the last three elections I have been fighting the violators of the oath of office at the dysfunctional unconstitutional securities exchange commission.

The charge are bogus as the day is long and I have not been in front of a trial by jury not even a discovery hearing in a court. Imagine that?

Mary Joe White is complacent and bought and paid for by the political mafia and her friends when Senator Warren called her out as well as the us chamber of commerce and the office of investigative general for the very argument I have and again ignored and mooted(denied cert.).

The supreme court Justices are too busy for my certiorari or for many others as well ,and its seems that the lower court and the brethren of the court are just ignoring and violating their path of office as in treason against the constitution .

First hand I have felt and experienced what our country is going through with the banks ,the mortgage, companies ,the sec and the politician whom are not upholding their sworn oath of office.

I will fight to the end and will run as independent as long as it takes(motion rehear), in fact I am considering throwing my hat in the ring for speaker of the house and or us senate Florida.

It is a disgrace to see what has happened to our country and no leader without staunch commitment to defend the united states constitution deserves elected.

Sadly the American people have become complacent them self and have no real idea of the serious ness of third world war brewing and the United States constitution being shred and burnt to the ground like the twin towers.

The difference is once the constitution is destroyed we can’t and never will be able to build it back.
