EVANSVILLE, Ind. - Oct. 16, 2015 - PRLog -- Though the community is sad to see Kruckemeyer & Cohn shut its doors, they will be thrilled to hear that two of their favorite Kruckemeyer & Cohn’s sales women, Lori Meacham and Robin Fleetwood, have found a new home in Evansville at The Diamond Galleria.  With a combined 30 years of experience in the jewelry industry and their shared passion for the Evansville community, Lori and Robin are invaluable additions to The Diamond Galleria Team, and the outpouring of support on social media and in the store has been overwhelming.

Lori is a GIA Diamond Graduate and has been named a Hearts On Fire Champion multiple times. As The Diamond Galleria recently became Evansville’s exclusive source for the beloved jewelry line, Lori will be right at home – and her customers will be elated that she will still be here to help them find the World’s Most Perfectly Cut Diamond!

When asked what she enjoys about working in jewelry sales, she noted, “I truly love every aspect of what I do and enjoy being able to make someone else’s day or special occasion the very best it can be… Nothing is more important than seeing a smile that lights up a room and knowing that their heart and eyes are glowing because you listened and helped create the perfect gift for that someone special.” Her customers can certainly tell just how hard Lori works to make their jewelry purchases meaningful and memorable; Mary Compton commented on Facebook stating, “Lori has been a help on numerous occasions. Equally as experienced and adored in the community, Robin is an Accredited Jewelry Professional and Graduate of Diamonds and has received a Jewelry Essentials Certificate and a Colored Stone Certificate from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). She has also achieved “Hero” status from Hearts On Fire for outstanding customer service for the last two years.

Robin loves “having the privilege of being a part of the ‘big’ moments in [her customers] lives: graduation, engagement, marriage, birth of children, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.” She went on to say, “Over the years, you get to see so many wonderful moments.” It’s safe to say that Robin’s customers are just as excited to turn to her for their big moments as she is to be a part of them.
