Oct. 16, 2015 - PRLog -- Marketing agency every1 has been nominated for an award for its launch campaign of a board game that went on to secure investment on Dragons’ Den.

every1, based at Preston Docklands, is a contender to win the award for Best B2C Campaign at this year’s Northern Marketing Awards (NMA) for its work with Accentuate Games. The agency’s campaign for the new game is up against campaigns for some of the UK’s leading brands including Virgin Trains East Coast and soft drink IRN-BRU.

Accentuate, which launched in July 2014, challenges players to prove their mastery of regional and global accents. every1 brought the product to market with branding, packaging, and a mobile-friendly e-commerce website. The agency also supported the Accentuate Games business strategy by delivering a promotional strategy that included SEO, social media, video production and content marketing.

The Accentuate Games’ sibling duo, Dr Graeme and Fiona Fraser-Bell, went on to secure investment from entrepreneur Peter Jones at the beginning of the BBC1’s new season of Dragons’ Den.

every1’s Managing Director Simon Clayton said: “This nomination is fantastic and a reflection of the strong talent we have at every1, and their strength to work solidly as a team. It just goes to show what you can achieve with a very modest budget, in launching and levitating a brand; even for start-ups like Accentuate Games.”

Accentuate Games CEO Dr Graeme Fraser-Bell said: "We built our brand on a solid foundation provided by every1. It’s given us credibility with board game fans, leading online and high street retailers, such as Amazon, Firebox and John Lewis, and even the Dragons’ Den team.

“The seamless connection between Accentuate and every1 created the real partnership we were looking for in our design, marketing and media partner.”

The every1 team will find out if they have won on 21 October at the third annual NMA event in Manchester.
