“Email Campaigns” Feature Announced for Top Amazon Feedback Software, FeedbackFive
“Customers were seeking an even more powerful feedback automation platform to better engage with customers via more specific, targeted messaging,” said Jay Lagarde, Founder and President of eComEngine. “The Email Campaigns feature allows FeedbackFive users to send up to five emails for each order, with customization and timing options that will help sellers more effectively reach buyers.”
This is one in a series of significant updates to be developed for FeedbackFive since the new user interface launch in June of 2015.
About the Email Campaigns
FeedbackFive Email Campaigns give users the ability to send up to five emails per order, which is the maximum allowed by Amazon. This way, users are complying with Amazon’s rules but are able to interact more effectively with their buyers.
The new feature allows FeedbackFive users to send requests for Amazon product reviews as well as seller feedback. It will also target emails at buyers who have left seller feedback, but not a product review. Users can create rules in the Email Campaigns feature that time emails based on criteria like order date, feedback date, delivery date, or on a preset day or time.
Sellers also have the ability to create Email Campaigns specific to a product.
In keeping with FeedbackFive’
Initial customer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. In fact, one user commented, “The functionality is brilliant!” Another said, “Automating the product review solicitation process will save me a lot of time.”
Since its creation in 2009, FeedbackFive has been used to send over a billion emails resulting in over 30 million positive feedbacks. With a few keystrokes, users can set up emails to solicit customer feedback on purchases, monitor and respond to negative and neutral feedback and personalize communications with customers. Reports and lookup screens make it easy to review performance data and identify trends. With automated responses in place, the merchant is more likely to receive positive feedback and 5-star ratings from customers. For a 14-day free trial, visit http://www.feedbackfive.com/
