NEW YORK - Oct. 15, 2015 - PRLog -- America's most famous international design competition has earned the participation of some of the world's greatest brands and institutions, according to Spark Founder, Peter Kuchnicki. "With the addition of the AMA to our Spark Health Design category, we are growing in exactly the direction we'd hoped for. Spark awards designs for their public benefit, as well as beauty and efficiency. We are continually testing the latest, cutting-edge categories, like Health Design, with its emphasis on medical devices, solutions, systems and architecture. So it's perfect for this ground-breaking AMA system to keep doctors up to date on the latest improvements in their field."

Other new Spark categories include Spark Cause Design, to award great new social good projects; and Spark WEAR, for design in materials, textiles, fabrics, tech clothing and wearables. The annual Spark Awards competition was established in 2007 and honors the best international designs in 10 areas, including Architecture, Product, Transportation and Communication.

"Our Call For Entries was issued early in the year," Kuchnicki added, "And we reach our final deadline October 30, 2015. Winners will be chosen in a climactic two-day jury marathon in November. Jurors from all our design categories and disciplines will join together in an exciting, interdisciplinary 'super-jury' to review and analyze the work. This is unique in the world of design—and it will be great fun to work together. This advanced process mirrors the way things are created today—by multi-discipline teams."
