Arcadia is expanding into this property from 23,000 SF at their Tempe facility. McQueen is will be handling the disposition of the Tempe property at 2510 W. Geneva.

The Chambers property sits on 3.1 acres and was built in 1987 and renovated in 2002. The buildings offer 18’ clear height, 2 drive-ins, 1 truck well, heavy power and is fully air conditioned.
