APC and API Technologies sign UK distribution agreement

ROCHESTER, U.K. - Oct. 13, 2015 - PRLog -- APC will promote the API EIS product range through APC HiRel, a technical sales team dedicated to supplying high reliability components and systems from specialist manufacturers. To support the agreement APC HiRel has created the position of EMC Product Manager, and appointed Gary Moughton. Gary joins APC with over 10 years’ experience of working with API and the EIS product range and acts as an extension of API Technologies support team.

“I am very pleased to have joined such an experienced team that we have at APC HiRel”, said Gary Moughton, ”I feel the EIS line will fit perfectly with our existing franchises, and enable us to offer an even greater range of catalogue and custom specific solutions to suit our customers’ needs. Working closely with the support of API and our team at HiRel will enable us to support our customers with the difficult task of mitigating EMC issues whilst ensuring that the right product is offered to suit the applications requirements whether mechanical or electrical and to keep the project on schedule and within budget”. Gary concludes, “I look forward to working with the existing APC customer base and also supporting designs with both current and new customers".

This new agreement builds on the pre-existing relationship between APC and API, following on from the appointment of APC Novacom as API Technologies’ UK representative for their RF/Microwave and microelectronics division earlier this year.
