“Now there need not be any confusion on what resorts are attached to what wildlife sanctuaries, which resorts are inside the forest and which are not, what are the safari details in each of these sanctuaries & resorts, which animals can be found in what sanctuary and what are the sightings in the last time period whichever you select. All at the tip of your fingers" - said Manjunath M Gowda, founder & CEO of WildTrails and also a serial entrepreneur with his third venture.

WildTrails not only helps to find the wilderness resorts and book them, but is the first platform which allows the reverse search. You don't have to enter the destination first but what you need to enter is how far the forest/resort should be, what kind of animal or bird you want to see, whether you want stay inside the forest, whether safari is taken care of by the resort, what is the price range, which resorts offer a nature walk or a bird watch trek etc. and the app will find the right sanctuary & a set of resorts that all your conditions are met.

Mr. Gowda says that it even lists the sightings for the entire 2015 year (until current date) so that you can see which forest has what kind of sightings and you can even compare for say which forest had most tiger sightings say in the last 3 weeks and can plan your booking. He said that in the upcoming release you can even set a notifiicatin to say notify you if a Tiger is say sighted in the last three days continuously so that you can plan your trip immediately and your chances of sighting the tiger is very high.
