Oct. 11, 2015 - PRLog -- 15.1% of the population in India has access to Internet. The penetration could be much larger if people knew the impossible opportunities (if they knew that by starting a YouTube channel, their ad revenue may be over $100k with a decent viewership or maybe let us consider anything such as AdSense) that can be executed in the medium term with real efforts using Internet. It definitely needs technical excellence and may be the entire economy of this country can change. And if we make even 50 people aware, they'll make the next 500 and at least 5 of these people may turn out to be big employers. This is a simple field with simple meaning for every person. You can compete with anything at your own pace. I only intend to say that people may rise or fall but if they know, they wold have wider choices. And when it is about Internet, it takes time.  Please refer to: Resource Link: TOI If these 2.3 million people knew that they could do much more than fill application for a basic job, our "India" could give birth to an exponential economy. Even if 1% of these people turned out to make a considerable bullish move, they could employ the other 10% population or more. People don't succeed with Internet-based business, because it takes considerable patience of over 6 months to actually get something decent.   But more skilled people definitely means more money any day!  Language is never a barrier (not at least if it is about making money or career). We can first either train them for English (which should take roughly 2 to 3 months) and then let them simply explore the opportunities. We can present them with case studies of how people around the globe are simply changing lives! Once they get inspired, they will definitely give it a try. Bad grammar is a global issue and they can improve in near term. They need to interact with people and collaborate with ideas who complement their weaknesses as strength. Imagine a Student A has good coding schools and a Student B has good communication skills. Individually, they may not do much but if they are combined, they can literally break an international industry.
Who will not want to live his life of dreams? The problem with people is: we give up very easily. The day we stop giving up, nothing is too hard.    I just wish to spark the dreams in their mind so hard that they execute it. Even if they reach 5% of their expectations, it'll be fifty times better than what society offers to a common man.  "Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan "press on" has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race"   WE NEED TO MAKE THEM FEEL THAT - YES THEY CAN! (ACHIEVE EVERYTHING & ANYTHING THEY WANT).  The youth is a source of infinite energy.  If you can dream it, you can do it.  Our psychology plays a key role in everything around us. We are solely responsible for everything that happens to us.  If we can just change their outlook to life, they will be the next Gates, Walton, Berkshire and what not.  And if they don't fully achieve their dreams, they will explore and end somewhere much better. The only thing Steve Jobs for his entire life was to make people feel that they could do the impossible and they did.
