AOC official monitor partner of new movie The Martian

Oct. 11, 2015 - PRLog -- Sci-fi meets high-tech: display specialist AOC partners with 20^th Century Fox as the official monitor partner for the upcoming movie The Martian, starring Matt Damon. As part of the cooperation, AOC displays will appear in the movie. Moreover, AOC and its retail partners will have access to exclusive The Martian online and offline promotion materials.

As part of a cooperation with 20th Century Fox, AOC displays will not only appear in the new science-fiction movie The Martian. AOC and its retail partners will also receive access to exclusive online and offline promotion materials. The movie trailer and selected artwork can be used online, e.g. as screen content or background for AOC monitors, banners and other formats. Offline materials will include special monitor packaging, materials for POS or other indoor/outdoor use, which AOC sales teams can use for special promotion events and more. This way, both AOC and The Martian will gain optimal exposure to an even broader audience.

A perfect match

Before teaming up for the current The Martian cooperation, AOC and 20th Century Fox had already worked together for other hit movies. These included the 2012 animated film Ice Age 4, the 2013 superhero comic adaptation The Wolverine and the 2014 blockbuster Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. A variety of marketing materials for all of these titles helped to increase visibility for both the AOC brand and the movies, a success story which the two cooperation partners now want to continue with The Martian.
