Talent Insights Launches Product to Help Employers Fill Toughest Jobs of 2016

 
Oct. 8, 2015 - PRLog -- FORT WORTH, Texas – The toughest jobs to fill in 2016 may have just gotten a little easier for companies thanks to the Individual Map Basic for Business, launched last week by Talent Insights.

This tool is a 3-in-1 assessment and synthesized report that provides a 3D view of potential candidates to help companies put the right people in the right job fit, even if they lack experience.

The Society for Human Resource Management predicted the top 10 toughest jobs to fill in 2016 include: data scientist, electrical engineer, general and operations manager, home health aide, information security analyst, marketing manager, medical services manager, physical therapist, registered nurse and software engineer.

“The fact that rapid technology innovation makes many skills obsolete quickly adds to the need to incorporate lots of on-the-job training, and reinforces the notion that a candidate’s once-perfectly matched skills may be outdated by his or her first anniversary on the job,” SHRM said.
