Capital One Ground Breaking Plano

Oct. 8, 2015 - PRLog -- Capital One broke ground on a new building today, Oct. 8th, at its Plano campus. This is the seventh office building on campus. This four-story building will be approximately 205,000 square feet and will house between 1,000 to 1,200 employees. According to current plans, the building will include six dedicated training rooms, a full-service cafeteria, a mix of collaboration spaces and a game room, and is projected to be completed by Q1 2017. The Capital One Plano campus is located on 75 acres, and includes six office buildings, three dedicated parking garages and a multi-purpose conference center, which combined, equals approximately 1.3 million square feet. Capital One started building this campus in 2008 and has expanded since then. There are approximately 5,900 employees on the Plano campus.GFF Architects is the architect for this project and DPR Construction is serving as the general contractor.
