Follow on Google News | Feltrim Group attracts South Korean salesBy: Feltrim Group As you may know, Feltrim Group attracts a significant proportion of Chinese buyers and we regularly hold sales events for our Central Florida luxury real estate, including our new Balmoral at Waters Edge development, in Beijing and other top cities, as well as arranging Chinese buyer trips to see the quality of our build first-hand. There is much growth in property investment from wealthy buyers across Asia, who are looking for safe and secure options in the United States and other countries, strong investment potential in growing markets, as well as property that is close to good schools for their children. And, of course, Feltrim Group developments are ideal. We are currently reaching out to a new group of Asian buyers, in South Korea, where Feltrim Group Chief Executive Garrett Kenny is attending property shows and networking with key contacts. South Korea has a population of around 50million, with more than half living in the Seoul Capital Area, the world’s second largest metropolitan area. Koreans are among the richest in the world, enjoying Asia's highest median income at more than US$40,000, the eighth highest in the world and only two places below the United States, according to 2013 figures from Gallup. It also has Asia’s highest disposable income at around US$30,000, data from the OECD from 2012 shows. Garrett Kenny says, “The investors we have met have shown a strong interest in real estate options in and around Orlando and we are looking to grow our business in South Korea, particularly in the two largest cities, Seoul and Busan, where we have exhibited at property shows. “Not only are South Koreans keen to find out more about the benefits of investing in Central Florida property, but they are particularly interested in the US EB5 investment visa through our EB5Select company, which means they can obtain permanent residency by investing $500,000 into a US government designated program.” South Korea's economy ranks 13th in the world, making it one of the influential G-20 economies. It is also the most industrialized member country of the OECD. Balmoral at Water’s Edge promises to be one of the most attractive developments south of the Disney area, near Orlando, Florida. The luxury lakeside resort is set in within a 113-acre private gated community and features Tuscan-style architect-designed homes. It also includes a range of top-class leisure facilities, including a resort-style pool with luxury clubhouse, mini waterpark, lakeside beach, gym and spa, gourmet kitchen, restaurant and more. End
