US Attorney Carmen Ortiz and leading DOJ enforcers to speak at ACI’s Drug and Med

Ortiz, United States Attorney for the District of Massachusetts will participate in an Enforcers’ Spotlight: Understanding Government’s Enforcement Priorities vis-à-vis Drug and Device Products Liability Matters at ACI’s Drug and Med Conference on December 2-4, 2015 at the Millennium Times Square in New York.

Other distinguished panelists on this session include  Jacob T. Elberg, Chief, Health Care & Government Fraud Unit at the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey and Charlene Keller Fullmer, Assistant United States Attorney and Deputy Chief, Affirmative Litigation at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  This panel will give insights into their current enforcement priorities, including off-label and false claims, in order to help prepare attendees for criminal and civil enforcement stemming from products liability.
