Oct. 6, 2015 - PRLog -- JAM Paper & Envelope (www.jampaper.com) announced that it will be giving a portion of all October proceeds to the Susan G. Komen® organization to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer among American women, with over 230,000 new diagnoses in the U.S. each year. It is estimated tat 40,000 American women will die from breast cancer this year.

JAM hopes it can make a difference for women who require mammograms, breast health services, education, and general support.

"Breast cancer is an extremely dangerous disease, not only because of its nature, but its prevalence," said Andrew Jacobs, COO of Jampaper. "It affects thousands of people every year, and we thought we could join the fight this year and help families in need through a great organization."

The Susan G. Komen organization (http://ww5.komen.org) is one of the most trusted non-profit organizations in the U.S. It has spent nearly 1.5 billion dollars (through 2010) for breast cancer education, research, advocacy, health services, and social support programs in the U.S. and abroad.

Jampaper's donation period began on October 1 and will end on October 31.
