Helping Families Navigate Developmental Delay Diagnoses

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Oct. 5, 2015 - PRLog -- Whether it's working through a new diagnosis or trying to understand how to practically adapt your family routine to meet the needs of your loved one, the path to regaining family independence can often feel like a like long and lonesome road.  Although support for families dealing with a Developmental Delay (DD) diagnosis has come great lengths over recent years, home and community-based family coaching is still in its infancy.  Applied Family Services is excited to announce their new availability of services that focus on the specific needs of both child and family in a home-based approach.  The founder, Shanee Howell, notes the great opportunity for authentic family growth with the newly available set of services:
