Metro Area Digestive Health Group Enhances Patient Care with the Addition of Eileen Erskine, CRNP

LAUREL, Md. - Oct. 5, 2015 - PRLog -- Capital Digestive Care, which specializes in digestive health, recently hired certified registered nurse practitioner Eileen Erskine.  As a CRNP with experience in internal medicine and gastroenterology, Ms. Erskine has a track record of commitment and caring.

Patient care has been a priority for Erskine for more than 20 years.  After graduating from York College of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, she earned a Master of Science degree in Nursing Education at the University of Maryland - Baltimore, School of Nursing.  She then worked as a nurse in numerous locations including the University of Maryland Medical System, Howard County General Hospital, Lankenau Hospital in Philadephia, Pennsylvania and St. Joseph Medical Center in Towson, Maryland.  Erskine later went on to earn a Post Master’s Certificate in Adult Primary Care from the University of Maryland – Baltimore, School of Nursing.   Prior to joining Maryland Digestive Disease Center, Ms. Erskine worked as a Nurse Practitioner at Columbia Medical Practice and Gastro Center of Maryland.

Erskine is affiliated with several medical organizations, including The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and The Nurse Practitioners Association of Maryland.
