LAGOS CITY, Nigeria - Oct. 2, 2015 - PRLog -- The second day of the Lights Camera Film Festival kicked off with the screening of Horn Free Day; a 7 minutes film made by Nigerian Director; Stanlee Ohikhuare, to honor the first ever Lagos State 'Horn free day' which took place on the 15th October 2
Being the 55th Independent year of Nigeria, Nigerian Film Makers  expressed hope and sincere gratitude for the growth of Nigeria. Ishaya Bako, the Director of 'Henna'; a movie which is centered on the importance of gender equality and education of the girl child shared his hope that as Nigeria celebrates more years as an Independent Nation, it will not forget the importance of the girl child in the society.
Abba Makama,Director of Nollywood pointed out the growth of the Nigerian entertainment industry over the years. Ebele Okoye, Director of 'The Legacy of Rubies' expressed her joy at the new appreciation for good film in the Nigerian society. Eri Umusu, Director of the brilliant 3.57 minutes animation'The Sim' encouraged young Film Makers to give room to new adventures and creativity.
The day left everyone in attendance with fresh zeal for creativity and a new hope for Nigeria.

Lights Camera Film Festival continues today at 5.00pm.It will be be an evening to certainly be enjoyed by Football lovers as the movie Eighteam by Juan Rodriguez-Briso would be showing.
