Good Manners are Good Business
Owner of The Refinement Studio Receives International Certification in Youth Etiquette
By: The Refinement Studio
Cynthia Ely, or Miss Cynthia as she is known to her students, is hoping to reverse those statistics.
As the owner of The Refinement Studio LLC since 2013, Ely has taught hundreds of little boys and girls how to be ladies and gentlemen, but now she adds a certification to her expertise.
She has just returned from the prestigious International Etiquette and Protocol Academy of London with the credentials to be a Certified International Youth Etiquette Consultant.
Ely says The Refinement Studio is passionate about reviving traditional values and making the word “etiquette”
“Clarence Thomas said, ‘Good manners will open doors the best education cannot’”, Ely says. “To accomplish this, it was necessary to receive training from the best etiquette and protocol academy in the world. It is our privilege to make this international training available to the Rochester community.”
Etiquette is much more than tea parties and good manners. It’s about teaching poise, confidence, integrity, and leadership.
With the holidays almost upon us, Ely’s expertise will add value to any stories pertaining to entertaining, gift giving, etc.
