Speakers discuss exploding sharing and streaming sectors at C2SV 2015

SAN JOSE, Calif. - Sept. 29, 2015 - PRLog -- San Jose, Calif., Sept. 29, 2015 — Five of the biggest names in digital media and marketing will address the upcoming Creative Convergence Silicon Valley (C2SV) festival in San Jose on October 8 and 9.

Other highlights of the upcoming conference:
--Pulitzer Prize-winning New York Times science and technology writer John Markoff will talk about his new book “Machines of Loving Grace: The Quest for Common Ground Between Humans and Robots”
--Markoff will also interview software pioneer Philippe Kahn, who invented the cameraphone
--Jane McGonigal will speak on harnessing the power of games to solve global problems
--City of San Francisco CIO Miguel Gamiño Jr. will talk about how local governments are using technology to become more efficient, effective and transparent

Now in its third year, Silicon Valley’s preeminent technology and music festival, C2SV brings together business disrupters and technology luminaries along with emerging musical artists for two days of forward-looking discussions—and two nights of music and parties.
C2SV will unfold at the historic California Theatre in Silicon Valley’s creative district, SoFA, in downtown San Jose The event will start on Thursday, Oct. 8 at 9:30am and end in the late hours of Friday, Oct. 9, 2015.
