The following week on July 10th, in association with the Charentais Wine Producers’ Union, LEPONTIS Wines partnered with the Francofolies Music Festival of La Rochelle. For the 30th edition of one of the country’s largest French-only music festivals, LEPONTIS wines were available for tasting at the VIP area and for purchase by the glass at each of the festival’s three bars. “LEPONTIS is all about sharing good times with your loved ones,” said Geneviève Rohé, marketing coordinator. “Having a glass of wine outside with friends and great live music is such a nice way to enjoy your summer.”
On July 28th, LEPONTIS and its French distributor Winetailors partnered with the “Week of the Vigiers” Golf Tournament in Dordogne. Unique in France, the week-long competition allows golfers to discover France’s most beautiful winegrowing regions with workshops and guided tastings by 16 winemakers. Off the course, golfers were able to discover the IGP Charentais wine region with a tasting led by Pierre Naud. The winegrowing zone, which covers nearly 5,000 square miles around the town of Cognac, grows a wide number of popular international varieties.
This fall, LEPONTIS Wines will be present at the 2015 Megavino Wine Fair in Brussels, Belgium from Oct 23rd to Oct 26th. Visit us at the French Pavilion to try our wines!
