Hubstem Launched Employee Suggestion Event

MOHALI, India - Sept. 23, 2015 - PRLog -- The main purpose of employee suggestion programs was to promote the involvement in employees in assisting the organization of achieving its goals.

Every employee had participated in great zeal into this beneficial event. This will be celebrated in every month in Hubstem premises. This event of employee's suggestions helped in bringing out employees creative potential and ideas.

This aim's to make employees productive and efficient. It will be helpful for the success and growth of any individual or organization and also for the empowerment of staff. Employee Suggestion was new initiative taken towards employee's participation in the growth and development of the organization.

Hubstem acknowledged and also given rewards for the employee that came up with best implemented suggestions & found acceptable and duly approved.

The Employee, who won by his best ideas, got awarded for Accepted Suggestions by the Management. After that, The implementation of the suggestion is the responsibility for the Director. Any changes and clarification regarding events will finally be decided by a Director with the recommendation of the CEO.
