CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. - Sept. 22, 2015 - PRLog -- Health Briefs TV will soon offer a segment which reviews healthy eating guidelines for kids. A healthful lifestyle, which includes eating enough produce, should be a top priority for America’s future generations.  A recent report from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control states that children’s consumption of whole fruits rose nearly 70 percent between 2003 and 2010.  Still, American children are behind in eating the recommended daily amount of fruits and vegetables. The report notes that apples are a favorite fruit among kids of all ages, as are other whole fruits. Eating healthy can be tasty and fun with simple guidelines from the medical-related program airing soon.
