Tak Sato Joins Los Angeles Office of Snell & Wilmer

LOS ANGELES - Sept. 16, 2015 - PRLog -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce the expansion of its Los Angeles office with the addition of Tak Sato as an associate in the firm’s corporate and securities group. Sato comes to Snell & Wilmer from Arent Fox LLP.

Sato focuses his practice on a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general commercial transactions. In addition, he advises clients on cross border matters and corporate governance matters. Sato earned his B.A. with High Honors from University of California, Berkeley and his J.D. from Columbia University Law School where he was named a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar for his superior academic achievement.
