Gold's Gym Grand Opening of Peak Fitness Semi-Private Training Center!

LAKELAND, Fla. - Sept. 16, 2015 - PRLog -- Peak Fitness announces the Grand Opening of a new 2,700 square foot facility located upstairs inside Golds Gym South Lakeland.

The opening is intended to introduce Lakeland's first dedicated semi-private personal training program.

"Group fitness programs like Crossfit and Orange Theory have become incredibly popular in the last few years" Said Owner Chris Kelly. "We wanted to combine the excitement and group dynamic created by these programs with the individualism and personalized attention of personal training"

Conducted in groups of 3-6 people, Semi-Private Personal Training provides each client with an individualized program conducted in a group setting. This allows clients to receive all the benefits of personal training at about a third of the cost.

With the goal of addressing a busy schedule, sessions are offered at a wide variety of times throughout the day—5 AM, 6 AM, 8 AM, 9 AM, 10 AM, 11 AM, 12 PM, 1 PM, 4 PM, 5 PM, 6 PM—to allow clients flexibility with their schedule. Clients are given the option of scheduling like a personal training session based upon their availability.

Kelly says what makes this program unique is that each client is given access to their program on their smart phone to track and view progress and also to view their next workout if they cant make it to class.

“We created an app which lays out exactly what to do on a daily basis both at home and in the gym.  Explained Kelly. “While we want our clients in class, this allows them to perform their program at anywhere.”

An opening party is scheduled for Saturday, October 10th and will include complimentary workouts, fitness demonstrations and entertainment for the whole family. Peak Fitness has also partnered with the Childrens Home Society and will present it with a $1,000 donation at the event.
