Ascensus Appoints New Regional Vice President

DRESHER, Pa. - Sept. 16, 2015 - PRLog -- Ascensus, the nation’s largest independent retirement plan and college savings services provider, announced that it has appointed Nancy Miranda as regional vice president of the Pacific Northwest region.

In this role, Ms. Miranda will work with financial professionals, third-party administrators, and financial institutions—including outsourcing partners and DCIO (defined contribution investment only) wholesalers—to build and maintain Ascensus’ key relationships throughout the region.

As an Accredited Retirement Plan Consultant, Ms. Miranda is well-versed in plan design and installation. She has extensive knowledge of both bundled and unbundled 401(k) plans, mutual funds, and managed accounts. These skills will allow her to provide expert guidance on the broad solutions Ascensus offers in the marketplace.

Prior to joining Ascensus, Miranda served as a regional vice president at Voya Financial where she was the key point of contact for a network of over 2,000 independent financial advisors.

Ms. Miranda earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego. She also holds her FINRA Series 6, 63, 7, 65, and 26 designations and is a member of SPARK.
