PARKER, Colo. - Sept. 15, 2015 - PRLog -- Masterpiece Solutions, Inc., an international leader in art gallery software and web site solutions, announced the promotion of Jesse Beck to the newly established position of Vice President of Client Service. Beck, who has serviced the Company in expanding roles since 2007 most recently held the positions of Director of Client Services. Beck will report directly to President Kevin Warr.

Expanding on the decision to elevate Beck to Masterpiece’s management team, Warr said, “Jesse Beck has demonstrated himself to be a tremendous asset to the strategic guidance of the Company. Through his various positions Jesse has consistently proven himself to be a relentless advocate for our clients and their needs. With our recent growth and accelerating deployment of new software products, it is natural that Jesse now take on the strategic responsibilities involved in guiding this agenda for the company into the future”.

As VP of Client Services, Beck will be responsible for all aspects of the client experience for the Company. This includes contributing to the Leadership Team as the Client Advocate as well as developing and leading the team, tools and resources necessary to deliver a world-class client support organization. When speaking about his responsibilities for the company, Beck said, “I continue to feel passion in what I do and that drives a relentless desire to assist and please our customers. I am excited and thrilled to show off our newest suite of products and services that will help ensure our clients success in their business so that they can do what they do best”.

Beck joined Masterpiece Solutions in 2007 as a Customer Support Representative. In 2009 he was promoted to Director of Clients Service where he excelled in leading the tactical execution of all Client Support activities. Prior to joining Masterpiece Solutions, Beck held technical support and leadership positions including his role as a Computer Based Literacy Trainer in the United States Peace Corps from 2002-2004.
