3 Leading Real Estate Crowdfunding Sites Patch of Land, PeerRealty & Ground Breaker Join Talks

NEW YORK - Sept. 7, 2015 - PRLog -- On 24 September 2015, real estate entrepreneurs, angel investors, professionals, family offices, venture capitalists, crowdfunding sites and EB5 investors will converge in Chicago, Illinois for the 2015 RealCap Chicago III event. The theme for this one day event is "Introducing Online Capital to Real Estate Entrepreneurs". The event will run from 8.00am to 6.00pm and will allow attendees to learn from top crowdfunding sites for real estate. Real estate developers and entrepreneurs that engage in acquisition of multifamily properties, commercial properties, fixing and flipping homes or developing ground-up projects will learn how they can raise funding for their projects online, both equity and debt, or even come up with their own crowdfunding platforms.

The panel discussions will be seeking answers to questions on how realty crowdfunding works, realty public offerings, community investing and social impact. During the morning hours, event attendees will be  engaging panelists on topics such as "Evolution of Crowdfunding for Real Estate", "Attracting Capital from Institutional Investors" and "The Intrastate Exemption in Illinois: The New Frontier". Two workshops are scheduled in the afternoon. Event attendees participating in these workshops can expect to learn more about "Raising Capital using their Own White-Label Crowdfunding Sites" and "Marketing their Ideas to attract Investors.” The event will come to an end at 5.00pm after which attendees will be treated to a networking cocktail hour.
