Conclusion Of particular interest will be the comments from Mr. White at the SEC concerning progress toward Title III Crowdfunding, We have stated before that we believe the SEC is seeking to delay the implementation of Title III of the JOBS Act. Title III allows companies to raise up to $1 million and is the truly exciting and revolutionary part of the Act since it allows anyone to buy equity in very small (micro) companies and startups. The SEC was to have enacted this section of the JOBS Act by 12/31/2012. Under Title IV of the JOBS Act, the US Securities and Exchange Commission proposed rules to allow small and medium sized companies to raise up to $50 million via crowdfunding. State securities regulators in Montana and Massachusetts have challenged this part of the JOBS Act regulation in Court. Mr. Cunningham has filed an Amicus brief to participate in the case.
