Seeka Designs Pounces on the Cat Toy Scene

Now there is Seeka Designs; a new cat toy company bursting onto the scene faster than your cat blasts through your bedroom at 3 a.m. They’re beginning with their flagship product: The Original Donut available in pink or teal. The toy, measuring approximately 4 inches in diameter, elicits smiles and laughs in the paws of a playful cat. Each donut is handmade with eco-friendly materials, decorated with custom fabric, and stuffed with a blend of recycled fiberfill and 100% certified organic catnip.

Kitty certainly gets a treat. But, buyers get a warm, fuzzy feeling, too.

Seeka Design’s products and materials are 100% American made. The company hires almost exclusively from the developmentally disabled workforce and Seeka donates a portion of proceeds to no-kill animal rescues.

“Cats owners deserve to have cool, modern products, too,” says company creator Iasha Sangren. “We’ve made a product for cats and their people, for a reasonable price, right here in the USA. People care about what their cats eat and play with, they care how the products are made and where they come from, so I think the response will be huge.” Seeka Designs will begin distribution in pet stores across the country in September 2015.
