A leading hospital in Nigeria goes live on HealthFore’s Magnum Infinity

NOIDA NCR, India - Sept. 2, 2015 - PRLog -- HealthFore Technologies Limited announced today that a leading hospital in Nigeria is now live on their Magnum Infinity Hospital Information System (HIS) to manage all operations. The hospital is owned by a Fortune 50 Oil Company that has a prominent presence in the region, employing over 50,000 people in Africa. Hospital services are extended to general public as well to company employees and their dependents.

The hospital selected HealthFore’s Magnum Infinity HIS to integrate their entire hospital operations. With Magnum Infinity, the hospital can store and manage patient records intelligently, as well as manage their own administrative records and financials to keep a close tab on efficiency and productivity. With this advanced comprehensive system, doctors and nurses will now have a holistic view of a patient’s health and details of the care provided along with all test results through a single platform. The system also helps enhance efficiency by reducing duplication of efforts and connecting all departments of the hospital to a single central repository.

The hospital is live on the complete Magnum Infinity HIS suite, including modules to automate patient identification, ambulatory care, resource scheduling, clinical charting, CPOE – order entry, laboratories and pathology, full radiology and clinical imaging, integrated pharmacy, IPD, OT, emergency care, patient accounting, inventory management and referral management.

The Clinical Imaging and Diagnostics is provided by HealthFore’s Magnum Imaging solution, a U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) compliant imaging solution with Radiology Information System. Magnum Imaging is a comprehensive and fully-integrated web-based digital imaging, information solution for hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centers. It will enable the hospital to order, schedule, bill, acquire, distribute, store and display medical images and diagnostic reports of their patients. With Magnum Imaging, the hospital can now also directly connect with various clinical specialties like radiology, cardiology, oncology and other specialty labs.
