Fidelity National Title Welcomes Lee Danielson

LOS ANGELES - Aug. 24, 2015 - PRLog -- Fidelity National Title is proud to welcome Lee Danielson, Vice President, Sales Executive, to its National Commercial Services Division. Based in the Downtown Los Angeles office, Lee will service local and national transactions for developers, brokers, and other commercial real estate professionals based in the Southern California region.

With over 35 years in commercial real estate, Lee brings a rich history and knowledge base from hands-on experience. He began as a commercial broker with a well-known brokerage firm in the early stages of his career. At 32 years of age, he took a step of faith and purchased his first property on Wilshire Blvd., flourishing into a well-respected developer from there. “I like doing things other people won’t do,” says Danielson. As he formed and maintained his own development company, Lee learned of the complexities and nuances of what is involved in the commercial real estate business. Ready for a new chapter, he brings his experience to his newest role with Fidelity National Title.

Lee saw the transition into the title insurance industry as a natural progression. “I’ve had a fulfilling career path thus far and joining Fidelity National Title seems like the next step for my life. I’ve worked alongside this group as a client for many years; I’m now looking forward to now directly being a part of the team.”
