Arts on the Horizon Gets Custom Advertising Boost Thanks To Its #1 Fan and Capital One

Capital One Helps Arts on the Horizon through Spark Plug Campaign Aimed at Helping Small Business Owners Obtain More Customers

ALEXANDRIA, Va. - Aug. 20, 2015 - PRLog -- As a thank‐you for their hard work and dedication, Capital One selected Arts on the Horizon to receive a custom advertising boost in Alexandria, VA, all at no cost to the ad recipients.

Throughout the month of May, Spark Business Bank customers in select markets were invited to nominate their biggest fan for the chance to receive custom‐designed print, out‐of‐home, video, and digital advertisements, at no cost to them. During the Spark Plug campaign, Capital One selected 128 customers to produce and place 150 custom advertising assets. Arts on the Horizon was one of the small businesses selected to receive both an online video and a print advertisement, along with a strategically planned and executed media buy.

Arts on the Horizon is a professional, nonprofit theatre company with a unique and specific focus of providing high‐quality performances and education programs for an audience of young people ages 0 to 6 years old and their families ‐ the first theatre company in the country to focus our work solely on this age range.

"When you run a nonprofit organization, you face challenges every day. That's why Arts on the Horizon is thrilled to have been selected to receive marketing support through Capital One's Spark Plug campaign," said Michelle Kozlak, Producing Artistic Director of Arts on the Horizon. "We're so excited for our online video to launch and to help raise widespread awareness and interest for our theatre programs specifically designed for young children ‐ an impossible feat without Capital One's deep commitment to their small business customers like us. Because we have limited resources, this opportunity to reach new audience members is invaluable."
