Each 1916 Rising Candle is designed specifically to commemorate the centenary of the 1916 Rising in Ireland.

One side of the 1916 candle features the Irish Proclamation, whilst the other side features images and short biographies of the Seven Signatories of the Proclamation : Thomas James Clarke, Éamonn Ceannt, James Connolly, Séan MacDiarmada, Thomas MacDonagh, Patrick Pearse and Joseph Mary Plunkett.

All 1916 Rising Candles come packaged in a beautiful green box with gold script and designs on all sides, the script depicts the key events from 1916 to the present.
