Former NFL Player and Anaylst Joins Alder Koten as Senior Advisor

HOUSTON - Aug. 16, 2015 - PRLog -- Alder Koten, the consulting firm that helps shape organizations through a combination of research, executive search, cultural & leadership assessment, and other talent advisory services, announced today that Raul Allegre has joined the firm as a consultant and senior advisor to the sports practice. He will collaborate in executive search work focused on CEOs, executives, and senior-level coaching talent. Raul will also participate in consulting engagements related to leadership and organizational effectiveness helping clients in the professional sports sector.

Raul Allegre is a former NFL player and currently works for ESPN as an NFL analyst. Prior to his employment with ESPN, Raul worked in the sports management arena in the organization of sporting events and broadcast production including logistics, sponsorship sales, promotion, logistics, and implementation. He collaborated with the NFL, the Dallas Cowboys, and Houston Texans. In his career as an NFL player, Raul kicked for the Baltimore Colts, Indianapolis Colts, New York Giants, and the New York Jets.
