Collins Einhorn Farrell announces the addition of attorney Ryan R. Clark to its Appellate Practice

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. - Aug. 13, 2015 - PRLog -- Collins Einhorn Farrell PC is pleased to announce that attorney Ryan R. Clark has joined the firm’s Appellate Practice Group. Clark will focus his practice on appellate litigation and writing dispositive motions in the trial courts. He has represented clients on a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including professional negligence (construction defect claims), contractual indemnity, breach-of-contract claims, business torts, third-party automobile negligence, premises liability, and general negligence.

Clark received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan in 2006 and went on to obtain a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University Of Detroit Mercy School Of Law in 2011. While in law school, Clark served as the Editor-in-Chief of the University of Detroit Mercy Law Review. In addition, he competed nationally as a member of the Moot Court Board of Advocates and interned for a Justice at the Michigan Supreme Court.

Clark is a member of the Appellate Practice Section, the Litigation Practice Section, and the Negligence Practice Section of the State Bar of Michigan. He is a resident of Clinton Township.
