NEWTON, Mass. - Aug. 10, 2015 - PRLog -- ELDER Management Education and Lasell College have launched a new Strategic Management Track (http://marketing.eldermgt.com/acton/form/11107/0011:d-0001/0/index.html.) as part of its leadership education program for managers in senior and disability serving organizations.

The track combines five mini-management courses, each co-taught by experts in the aging services field, including CEOs of top local senior living and health care providers, as well as educators. Each course features one meeting at Lasell’s Newton, MA campus followed by two weeks of online instruction.

“Our goal is to provide accessible and meaningful management education. In today’s changing senior market environment, this type of education is needed more than ever,” said Karla Todd, Chief Learning Officer of the ELDER program, an education partner with Lasell College.

ELDER has launched this collaborative effort in conjunction with state associations LeadingAge MA, LeadingAge NH-ME, and LeadingAge RI to provide these professionally-oriented management courses that include:

”Research suggests more training and education can lead to promotions and higher salary. But what’s rarely said is how much fun learning can be.
