Rue Education Announces $5,000 Back to School RN Scholarship

CLEARWATER, Fla. - Aug. 7, 2015 - PRLog -- Rue Education is ready to get eager students back to school and help them take one big step closer to obtaining their RN. This scholarship is awarded to assist an individual in pursuing their RN education and ASN degree through Rue Education’s RN Bridge Program. This scholarship will be awarded to one eligible recipient after they get started with Rue Education’s RN Bridge Program, and will cover all required nursing courses, valued up to $5,000.

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the median salary from 2012 of Registered Nurses was $65,470. RN jobs are expected to grow by 19% from 2012-2022, which is faster than the national average for all other occupations. The number of jobs added within this period is over 525,000. For those looking to pursue a career in nursing, the entry-level education for RNs is an Associate’s degree. Scholarship details:

Qualified applicants are eligible – LPN/LVNs, Respiratory Therapists, and Paramedics that start with Rue Education in August will be qualified to apply for the Rue Education Back to School Scholarship.
Awarded after Aug 31 – Eligible recipients whom have applied after meeting the requirements will be notified if they have been selected as a scholarship recipient.
