Entering the awe-inspiring space of the Clark room, part of Savanté’sSommelier Collection (http://www.savantewinecellars.com/sommelier-collection/), brings the same amount of utter "wow" factor that experiencing an authentic European vineyard would.

You are greeted by a large floor-to-ceiling carousel that prominently displays part of 3000 bottles in this selective collection. An iPad inventory system makes each vintage easily accessible via corresponding laser-in numbers at every bottle space. Illuminating a curved wall, there are four vibrant and ornate stained glass panels featuring famous wineries as well as the Clark's family crest.

Reclaimed wine barrels were used to form the bench seat under the stained glass windows and the counter-tops making the room sustainable and elegant. Extreme attention to detail is apparent in every aspect of the custom woodwork; from the curved crown molding that envelopes the room, to the rolling ladder system.
