ezInvoice 5 Upgraded to Mobile First Reactive Design

The "Reactive Design" looks and feels the same no matter what device your using it on. It runs on Mac and Windows PCs and on iOS, Windows, and Android mobile devices.

ezInvoice 5 is incredibly easy to use. You basically just fill out a few web forms and select some options then click "Save" and you've made an invoice you can email or print out. There's checkbox to include a "PayPal" button on your emailed invoices that your clients or customers can click to pay you in an instant.

One of the big surprises you get with your ezInvoice account is a very nice "Contacts Manager". This app by itself is comparable with much more expensive "CMS" apps that don't do much if anything more than what you get here. It works in your mobile phone, will dial phone numbers for you, launch your email app, and has a built-in "Fast Find" feature that list all your contacts that match what you type in. It's even got a spot where you can enter notes about a contact and hide or show it with a button. ezInvoice also lets you create "Income Reports" that include total billed and total collected, and "Customer Reports" that do the same for your customers.  It also includes a full blown "Notes" app where you can create notes and sort them in the order you want them to appear.

New for ezInvoice 5 is an "Expense Account" app. This app lets you track your expenses for monthly recurring bills, traveling expenses, and projects that you'll be invoicing for. You can enter the number of an invoice in an expense account and it will add up all your expenses, deduct them from your invoice total, and give you the "Gross Profit" for the project. Also new is a browser based "Text Editor" that lets you create, save, edit, and delete rich text documents in the HTML format. You can print them or save them and attach them to emails, and you can use the app on your tablet or smart phone.
