Collier Identity Fraud Task Force Named Official Advisory Council of Hodges University Identity Frau

NAPLES, Fla. - July 30, 2015 - PRLog -- On Monday, July 27, Collier Identity Theft Task Force was established as the official advisory council of the Identity Fraud Institute of Hodges University. This commitment comes just weeks after the establishment of the Identity Fraud Institute was announced. Sheriff Kevin Rambosk, CCSO, is the co-founder of the task force, alongside Dr. Michael Reagen. Rambosk and Hodges University President, Dr. David Borofsky, are a driving force behind the Collier Identity Theft Task Force support of the institute.

The Collier Identity Theft Task Force consists of several businesses and organizations including the Collier County Sheriff’s Office, local police departments, the Internal Revenue Service, the AARP, and 20+ other organizations, who joined together in the interest of protecting local citizens and educating them on identity fraud and theft

As the advisory council to the Identity Fraud Institute, it will provide guidance for the institute, pulling from members’ experience with identity theft in the local community. The institute will allow for the Collier Identity Theft Task Force to continue its mission, providing untapped resources and bringing organizations together for a multi-faceted approach to identifying solutions to identity fraud and theft. The partnership strengthens the impact of both the institute and the task force, while benefitting the community.
