Shoe Factory Lofts in West Plains, Missouri announces need based rates to assist students who attend

WEST PLAINS, Mo. - July 28, 2015 - PRLog -- Our goal at Shoe Factory Lofts is to provide a quality near campus living experience for students who attend Missouri State University – West Plains.  We believe in an affordable, quality education for every student who seeks higher education. We are pleased to announce that effective immediately we are adjusting our room and board rates to directly reflect the amount of funds available to students from Pell grants and Stafford loans. This change will allow students that live in our state of the art housing facility to have their cost of tuition, fees, books, living expenses, and room and board fully covered by grants and loans while attending MSU-WP.  These amounts are based on the suggested expected family contribution (EFC) limits that are tied to student loans and grants.

The Shoe Factory Lofts is now the only private student resident hall in Missouri offering students need based rates for room and board to attend a college or university in Missouri.  Missouri State University – West Plains is an open enrollment campus of Missouri State University that grants both two year and four year degrees and accepts the A+ scholarship for tuition and fees.

Now in its third year of operation the Shoe Factory Lofts is an all-inclusive residence hall with an on-site cafeteria and amenities that allow for all students to be successful.  The new rates will be in three tiers with students being able to live in “The Shoe” starting at $2800 per semester.  Two additional tiers of rates will apply to students whose family income allows for them to pay a higher portion of their college expenses.

The Shoe Factory Lofts is a private residential facility that is not directly affiliated with Missouri State University – West Plains.
