The builder will also debut a new floorplan at Pimlico. The new residence will feature feature approximately 4,076 sprawling square feet of living space with four bedrooms, four and one-half bathrooms, dining room, library, covered patio, a three-bay tandem garage, a spacious front courtyard and veranda.

An alternative version of Pimlico’s Residence 2 home will also be available.
